Introduction

Welcome to Woodbuzz.in, a service operated by IX Designs Private Limited, registered at Plot No.56, Echotech-12, Greater Noida,Uttar Pradesh, India.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or chatbot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law.
By using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are below 18, you may access the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Woodbuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed are accurate. However, typographical errors or discrepancies may occur. Colors and appearances may vary depending on your device display. Woodbuzz reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and modify information at any time without
prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Woodbuzz accepts various secure payment methods available on the Platform. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Note:
For orders of ₹50,000 or more, valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License) may be requested before order processing.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Woodbuzz may accept or reject at its discretion. An order is deemed accepted only upon dispatch of the product(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent
activity. If your payment has been processed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and external factors. Woodbuzz will not be liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities or governmental restrictions.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund policy available on our website.
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and invoice. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

Use of Platform

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s functionality.
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload viruses, spam, or harmful scripts.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of Woodbuzz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Reviews & Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or reviews submitted to Woodbuzz become our property. By submitting, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display such content in any media without compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

  • The Website/app/chatbot is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an "As Is" condition. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Website/app/chatbot.
  • The Website/app/chatbot provides content from other Internet website/app/chatbot or resources and while Woodbuzz.in tries to ensure that material included on the Website/app/chatbot is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. Woodbuzz.in will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Website/app/chatbot.
  • This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product as specified in the product specifications. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this User Agreement.
  • To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Woodbuzz.in or its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Website/app/chatbot, its services or this User Agreement.
  • Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of Woodbuzz.in to you for all liabilities arising out of this User Agreement be it in tort or contract is limited to the amount charged to you, against the value of the products ordered by you.
  • Woodbuzz.in its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website/app/chatbot or that the operation of the Website/app/chatbot will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, Woodbuzz.in assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Website/app/chatbot; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Website/app/chatbot. By providing your phone number to us, You consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any transactiona messages (i.e.) order, shipment delivery, returns, refund related updates. If your phone number is registered under the National Do Not Call Registry, we will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or promotional SMS

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Woodbuzz.in with respect to the Woodbuzz.in website/app/chatbot/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Woodbuzz.in with respect to the Woodbuzz.in website/app/chatbot/services. Woodbuzz.in failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your Information on computers located in India and abroad that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the Website/app/chatbot.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Woodbuzz. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Noida. The High Court of judicature at Allahabad alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Updates to Terms

Woodbuzz.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on Woodbuzz.in. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Woodbuzz.in. You should regularly review the User Agreement on Woodbuzz.in. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
