Refund policy
At Woodbuzz, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, transparent, and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and clear for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a 5% deduction towards processing and transaction fees.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will attract a 20% deduction to cover processing, transaction, and two-way transit costs.

For made-to-order/customized products, a full refund will be issued only if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this period, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your product is damaged in transit or found defective, we will promptly arrange for a replacement of the affected parts or the entire product at no extra cost. Please report such issues to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoices intact.

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your return/exchange request.

Upon approval:

For exchanges, a replacement product will be delivered to you.

For returns, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 8 business days.

4. Post-Installation Returns
If, after installation, you decide that the product doesn’t meet your expectations or wish to return it for any reason other than damage or defect, we will accept the return with a 25% deduction of the product cost to cover processing, transaction, installation, and transit charges.
5. Sale Items
Products purchased under special promotions or sale events are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
6. Refund Timelines
Once your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 8 business days, and the credited amount will reflect in your original payment mode as per your bank’s standard processing time.
7. Color & Finish Disclaimer
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish between product images and actual products may occur due to screen calibrations, lighting, and material properties. Such variations shall not be treated as defects or grounds for return.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please do so before signing the Acceptance Form.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization Our team will review and confirm your return request within 48 hrs.
Step 3: Prepare for Pickup Ensure the installation team repacks the item using original packaging and tags. Returns without original packaging may not be accepted. Coordinate your preferred pickup date and time with our Customer Care team.
Warranties
All Woodbuzz products come with a 12-month warranty*, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects that may occur under normal household usage during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning or accidental impact.

Damages resulting from incorrect installation or assembly done by the customer.

Improper storage, installation, or cleaning using unsuitable products or methods (e.g., upholstery fading due to direct sunlight).

Cracks caused by shifting or displacement of furniture.
-
Decay or swelling due to prolonged exposure to water or moisture.
-
Natural expansion and contraction of solid wood due to seasonal climate variations.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture — these are inherent characteristics, not defects.

Seasonal splits or joint openings beyond the warranty period (applicable to solid wood furniture).

Upholstery fabrics (seat covers, cushions, etc.) are not covered under warranty. Only the frame and mechanisms (if any) are covered.

Damages due to harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning procedures.
-
Dimensional variations of up to 2 inches and floor unevenness of up to 5 mm — these are standard manufacturing and installation tolerances.

Products relocated from their original delivery address — relocation voids the warranty.

Any installation, assembly, or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party will terminate the warranty. Ensure that only Woodbuzz-authorized technicians handle your product.

Delivery Policy
Our logistics and support team will ensure a smooth and hassle-free installation process.
Delivery Terms:

Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt at your provided address. Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges for re-delivery.

In the absence of a service lift, delivery will be made up to the ground floor only.

Extra charges apply for deliveries requested on weekends or at specific time slots.

Once your order reaches the nearest delivery center, it will be held for 10 days. If uncollected beyond this period, Woodbuzz reserves the right to charge a storage fee for extended holding.
