Return Request Process

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return a product, please do so before signing the Acceptance Form. To request authorization, email customercare@woodbuzz.in with the following details:

Reason for Return:
Return Authorization: Our Customer Care team will review and approve your return request. Once authorized, please:

Pack the item carefully with the original packaging and tags. Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.
Arrange a pickup with our Customer Service team, specifying your preferred date and time.
Reporting Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.

Refund or Exchange: After completing these steps, you may choose an exchange or refund. Refunds can be issued as store credit or returned to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: For prepaid orders, refunds typically take 8-10 days to process and reflect in your account once initiated.

Return Approval: All returns are subject to the approval of Woodbuzz (IX Designs Pvt Ltd).
