Return Request

1.  In case you would like to return the product, pl do so prior to signing of the Acceptance Form. For authorization of return of your product please mail to us at customercare@woodbuzz.in mentioning the following-

a) Order Number:
b) Product name:
c) Your name:
d) Mobile no.:
e) Email id:
f) Reason for Return:
2. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
a)  Neatly pack the item to return along with original packing material and tags. In case original packing is not returned, we shall not be in a position to accept the return.
 b)   Ask our Customer Service to collect the product being returned along with the suggested time and date.
3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
4. Upon completion of above steps, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You may get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your payment.
5. Refund of amount of Prepaid orders would take around 8 to 10 days to reflect back in your account once initiated by us.
6. All returns are subject to the discretion of Woodbuzz (IX Designs Pvt Ltd).
